Multi-vendor services marketplace for vendors and customers
The Challenge
Service vendors had no scalable booking infrastructure. Requests came through WhatsApp and phone calls. Tracking bookings, pricing, and job status was done manually. Customers had no visibility into when or where their service provider was. Disputes were unresolvable because no communication happened inside any system. The vendor side was equally broken — there was no dashboard, no pipeline view, and no way to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
Our Approach
We designed the platform vendor-first: their ability to list, manage, and communicate without friction was the foundation everything else sat on. The vendor dashboard gave full booking pipeline visibility from request to completion. Google Maps integration provided real-time service tracking so customers could follow progress in the app. Socket.io eliminated WhatsApp communication by bringing all customer-vendor messaging inside the platform. Stripe handled secure payments and generated invoices automatically.
