All-in-one operations platform for US-based SMEs

The Challenge
US-based SMEs were running their operations across a patchwork of disconnected tools — a CRM here, a task manager there, WhatsApp for team communication, spreadsheets for hiring. The client wanted to build the single platform where a business could onboard, showcase their products, manage their team, coordinate field operations, and receive AI-driven guidance — all without switching apps.
Our Approach
We architected Qloud as a modular platform where each capability — teams, tasks, hiring, location, chat, AI — connects through a unified business data model. Mapbox was chosen for the live location layer for its mobile SDK performance and offline tile caching, which field teams needed in low-signal environments. Socket.io handles real-time collaboration. The AI strategy layer was built last — it analyzes data across all modules to generate contextual, personalized recommendations rather than generic tips.

Technologies
“Four tools, zero shared context. We were patching together a CRM, a task tracker, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets with nothing connected. SoftXLogic gave us one app where hiring, field coordination, and team communication actually live together. Ops stopped being the glue between four logins.”
